THE FACILITY IS APPROVED FOR LICENSE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. This was done as desk approved license in lieu of a pre-opening inspection. The facility is undergoing an ownership change only, menu remains the same from the previous ownership. A routine inspection will be done in 90-120 days. Discussed over the phone with the owner about training employee on health report regulations and procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) required within 6 months of license approval.
