Observed no soap at the expo station and hand sink. Person in charge provided soap at time of inspection.

Hand Drying Provision - Each handwashing sink, or group of adjacent sinks, is not provided with Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

Observed no hand towels at the expo hand sink. Person in charge provided hand towels at the time of inspection.

RTE TCS, Disposition - Ready-to-Eat, Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food was not discarded in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed pineapple pancake mix dated 9/15 food item was held past 7 day discard date. Person in charge discarded item at time of inspection.

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed the left basin of the 3 compartment sink unable to fill with water. Observed one drip leak from the left basin of the 3 compartment sink. Observed one drip leak from the right basin of the 3 compartment sink. Observed a leak from the basin of 3 compartment sink hand sink.
