Observed debris build-up in bottom of standing freezer located next to dishwasher. Observed debris build-up on top of chilling cabinets located under grills located in kitchen area.

Observed pan of mashed potatoes on top of uncovered pan of cooked chicken tenders located in walk-in cooler. Person in charge discarded items at time of inspection. Observed several pans of prep food items on speed racks to not be covered located in walk-in cooler. Person in charge had items covered at time of inspection.
