Using a Handwashing Sink - A handwashing sink is not maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use; is being used for purposes other than handwashing or is not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions

Observed hand sink behind front server counter to be used for a purpose other than hand washing. Person in charge cleaned out sink and educated staff at time of inspection.

Equipment & Food-Contact Cleaning Frequency - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned according to the Food Code.

Observed build up on ice chute and catch plate. Person in charge cleaned at time of inspection. Observed build up on soda nozzle behind bar. Person in charge cleaned at time of inspection.

Openings to outside not protected against entry of pest as specified in the Food Code; and/or Protective barriers not provided for exterior walls/roofs

Observed light gap at bottom right corner of exit in back of main kitchen.

Equipment not maintained free of encrusted grease/soil deposits

Observed build up on burners of 4 burner stove.

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair

Observed leak from under ware wash machine. Person in charge called maintenance who fixed at time of inspection.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair & cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean

Observed stained walls and ceiling tiles throughout main kitchen. Observed ceiling tile holding ceiling vent in back unisex bathroom to be in disrepair.
