Observed styrofoam to Bo boxes stored with the food contact surface facing up.Corrective Actions: Ensure single serve articles are proper stored inverted to prevent any foreign debris inside the to go boxes.

Observed dish machine producing less than 50 ppm of chlorine.Corrective Actions: Staff was advised to use the three compartment sink to sanitize the dishes until the dish machine is fixed.
