Observed the following TCS foods out of temperature: Yogurt 54F, string cheese 49F, cut broccoli 56F, cut carrots 57F, sliced apples 58F, shredded lettuce 57F, side salads prepared at 9:40AM 48F, and turkey sandwich(prepared at 9:40 AM).Corrective Actions: Person in charge discarded all TCS foods that were out of temperature for over 4 hours. The side salads and turkey sandwiches(prepared at 9:40 AM) were allowed to be served until 1:40 PM( 4 HOURS) but are to be discarded after 4 hours.
