Adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible

Observed the hand wash sink located on the far right of the front service line not working. Pending work order request pending. Corrective Actions: Food workers are utilizing the other four functioning hand wash sinks(one is on the left side of the food service line). Ensure all hand wash sinks are supplied and accessible.

Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control

Observed the walk in cooler measuring 74F. A pending work order is in place to have the walk in cooler repaired. All foods were removed prior to my inspection. Corrective Actions: TCS foods were trasferred to all reach in coolers throughout the kitchen (three milk coolers and two cold holding units) to maintain foods at the proper temperatures of 41F or below to prevent foodborne illness.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed damaged cove base tiles(and an opening) at the front of the walk in freezer. Corrective Actions: Ensure the cove base tiles are replaced and the hole repaired.
