Observed various wiping cloths stored directly on top of food items in the small reach in cooler across from the grill and in the walk in cooler. Corrective Actions: Ensure to properly store wiping cloths and to not store on top of food items. Employee removed the wiping cloths.

Observed improper air gap at floor drain underneath the 3-compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure to have adequate air gap of 1 inch above the floor drain to avoid backflow.
