Observed what appeared to be a moldy green tomatillo in container in walk in cooler.Corrective Actions: Ensure food is in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. Manager discarded container of green tomatillos.

Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed one chemical spray bottle with clear liquid near three compartment sink with no label.Corrective Actions: Ensure all chemical spray bottles are labeled with name of chemical solution.

Food properly labeled; original container

Observed one bulk container with white powder in dry storage rack with no label.Corrective Actions: Ensure all food items no longer in original container are labeled with common food name.

Food and non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed and used

Observed damaged silicone spatula hanging with other utensils near three compartment sink.Corrective Actions: Ensure damaged utensils are repaired or replaced in order to maintain smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent properties.
